I've never heard of the G'c's'trshire Cheese biz till the book, but if you
combine the English culture with the running of the bulls of Pamplona,
perhaps you would get the Famous G'c's'trshire Cheese Dodge.  I think the
fun is to try to outrun/maneuver downhill rolling cheeses -- the Octagon was
the exception due to its prestige and girth.
