I like the fact that Barnes and Noble are pushing M&D, but the real kick
for me has been the big stack of M&D copies at the local power shopping
warehouse, Costco, alongside the lowest-common-denominator bestsellers. M&D
has been selling at this Costco, too, because the stack has diminished
significantly.
