I think the daemon would keep the spam away, since it doesn't
forward non-list member posts.
I don't care much for the word "fan", but I guess that's
been established in the usenet hierarchy.
(alt.fan.noamchomsky? "yeah dude, he rocked the Fillmore
in '72!)
It might provide a more appropriate flaming platform,
though, when the need arises.
