In todays NY Post, Tom Wolfe is asked what he is reading at the
moment. He responds:
"Gone With The Wind. Greatest novel ever. Not sure if Tolstoy was
that good."
Now let's see, there was War &Peace, Anna Karenina, Resurrection and
a host of other great works, but I think Tom has a point - under his
head merkin. Why doesn't he just daisy chain up with Brett Easton
Ellis, Jay Macwhatever, Tama J. and the rest of the meritless
right-ons and get lost?
love,
cfa, who is actively soliciting suggestions for bile reduction
strategies. Don't even think of telling him to quit reading that rag.
