Saw this on Saturday.  Somewhat disappointed with it as much of the 
poetic gloom of the book is dropped in favor of oddball comedy.  Still, 
it is a fascinating work.  even got a ghost named Rebecca (sister of a 
cabalist).  wonder what the ladies think of it, however:  all females are 
portrayed as either whores, mischevious money grubbers, or worse, 
cleavage-bidden idiots.
