i've been away and i'm trying to catch up but my mind is like a Etch-A-Sketch
with one of the little white knobs missing and dealing with two dimensions
is a struggle but wasn't it TW who coined the phrase 'Turd in the Plaza'
to characterise the amorphous bronze blob on a windswept terrace: symbol
of lip-service public art provision by planners and developers in the
seventies
and eighties ?

Whoever it was, the Capitalisation emphasised its Ubiquity.
