If the weather in the North-East USA is a dry as it has been (until today), 
perhaps "The Line" as in MD (Mason/Dixon, Maryland), not as in 
monodimensional Lineland, would be good for obs. It's too bad Transit 
Authorities are involved with more underground activities....
