Well., I'm not ready to dematerialize just yet, but the Porter family,
originally from Mass. is dyed in the wool Yankee, nearly as early as the
Pynchons, but Boston, mainly. And growing up the youngest, and being prone
to doodling, it was always a toss up whether I would get a chance to join
the boys, or with the girls be handy. And when I look back at those tender
pix- the suspenders and shorts (with the diaper peekin' out) and the too
precious locks, I must have been an awful dandy.

I do have great stamina though.
