GRGR(16) - Galina/Geli

Once again we have mirror/double characters: Galina and Geli. Geli is all
spontaneity, moving freely through/with nature's realm. Her bird familiar
is a male owl, Werner. Galina's existence, by contrast, is drab: "her aura
is chalkdust, laundry soap, sweat" and "It's only Luba who flies [...] her
owner must stay below in the schoolroom" Her bird familiar is a "desperate
Luba about the edges, always, of her room, at her window, a pretty
hawk.(339.30)" Geli's bird helps induce bigger orgasms. Galina vicariously
soars in the sky through Luba.

Geli is completely at home in her Zone. Galina is afraid of hers, fearing
her own freedom it seems.

Where does this get us? How does it tie into the bigger picture? Can't say
that I know. Any offers?
