Just thought I'd mention that there's currently a costly legal battle
having to do with a fellow (Danny Hellman) who impersonated someone else
(Ted Rall) in emails that allegedly harmed Rall.  

Some of the recent impersonations here seem to be skirting the line.

I know, I know.  There are probably plenty p-listers who'd love to see the
likes of slothrop666 (whom I imagine should know better) hung by his/her
own rope.  But what can I say?  I love you all too much to watch anyone
self-destruct on this list.  Though I wish you would resolve to cease and
desist this year's paranoiac p-list pissing party.
