Message for Heikki and Al

Hi Mr. R--

As I'm reading GR once more, I'd wondered if you'd send me a copy of 
that paper you were writing on ghosts and GR--seeing as I've been 
reading lots of ghost stories lately and am sensitized for my GR 
reading, I'd be very interested in your perceptions.

I should mention to everyone that on this, my 4th go around, it is 
unbelievably my fourth different take on the novel.  Whereas the last 
reading I was scared, this time I've come to appreciate the mirroring of 
thoughts, events, perceptions, the characters and narrators and the 
reader have, like a "white washed diamond in a river of sin" to quote a 
Mr. Young.  Of course, one will never be able to disentangle all these 
threads.  We don't have hands of steel to turn coal into diamonds--only 
Mr. P can do that.  Unlike, Superman, however, only Mr. P can turn 
diamonds back into coal. Maybe that image of the crystal palace crashing 
down is a great metaphor for the whole ball of wax (wing--hehe)

Words reshape us.  There's something comforting about never getting to 
the end of something.
