BTW.  Has anyone noticed Amazon allows you to post a message of one of the
three following types?

I have read this book, and I want to review it. 
I am the Author, and I want to comment on my book. 
I am the Publisher, and I want to comment on this book.

I clicked "I am the Author", fully expecting my computer to explode or for
the Man to surprise me with his Manacles, but nothing happened.  Amazon
told me to make sure I am the author and then submit my comments about my
book.  It doesn't look like there is much protection against anybody being
the author.  Oh well.  Just a tidbit.
