hey, why not?

trp could call it 'slothrop's wake' or something like that, it would be utterly 
indecipherable, a-and it could have mysterious little runes and glyphs whose 
interpaginary juxtapositions form something along the lines of a plot....

... anyways, according to the newsweek article someone cited earlier, trevanian 
is an ex - ut austin film professor turned pulpster, about 69 yrs old... and 
thus the likelihood of him being pynchon is in the same ballpark as pynchon 
being saldinger (unless as was also suggested earlier there's more than one 
trevanian).
