I can see Neil's problem with too strong a stand on nobody possessing 
Frenesi. She is certainly in his captivity a good part of the time. 
Maybe however Frenesi is at the same time just "using" Brock, as they
say. To satisfy her lustful needs. She doesn't love him or anything. Maybe
possession is in the eye of the possessee. She doesn't SEE herself as
possessed. She never acts the least bit servile toward him. Doubt if she
would wash his dirty underware or get dinner for him.

Just occurred to me in creating this charming little domestic scene that
it is hard to imagine Brock ever HAVING dirty underware or WANTING dinner.
