  Part of it can be avoided by drinking (non-alcohols)& sleeping enough 
  afterwards. And it must be real pure MDMA (- not some dirty garage speed which 
  is only sold as "XTC"). Then the post-experience state of mind is much softer 
  than in the cases of cocaine or speed (- though not as confortable as with 
  psychedelics or opiates). Of course I wouldn't take it if there's serious 
  work the next day. On the other side there is a positive afterglow (- 
  comparable to that of LSD)which is now & then enchanting things even weeks 
  later.
