Funny, I got the impression he did know what it was -- the way he sort of got
his hackles up. He said something like "hey, that stands for pounds shillings
and pence" -- seemed to me like a kinda hip way of saying he was not
interested. I see how this could be a misreading; but if he hadn't any idea
what it was I would have expected a response more on the order of "huh?"
