2 asides: one: what about vibrators--who needs a man, right?

noticed in _Futurama_ last night, two characters take a plunge down the
toilet--they meet a bunch of mutants who worship (ala beneath the planet of
the apes), you guessed, the Holy Rocket.

In a review of Wm Gibson's latest, the reviewer mentions "Gravity's
Rainbow's corridor metaphysics"--what the heck that does mean.

ok, three.
