I have the same book. Its not worth too much, depending on the condition.
Mine is bound by duct tape...even sans duct tape in a pristine condition I
wouldn't be sitting on a gold mine and--from what I can tell, unfortunately
you aren't either. If I remember correctly, in excellent condition the
dollar value is a good $40-- but a book dealer won't give you more than $10.
Incidentally floating about somewhere on the online auction circuit (or on
someone's coffee table) is a typewritten copy of GR bound by duct tape also
with some penned in editing fetching about 3000. By comparison something by
say, Mailer or Capote, would fetch thousands more.
But I'm no expert; if you are REALLY interested check it out at a local rare
books dealer.
