does anyone recall whether or not we discussed the reality / unreality of
Slothrop's commando raid on Shell Mex house on pp251-2 (the depiction of which
as a labyrinth, albeit one lacking the minotaur, seems to make it a dream - yet
there is no textual indication that it is such)?
