 described, in Max Weber's phrase, almost as a 'routinization of charisma''" 
  (p. 325) 

  Weber's term "routinization of charisma" can be defined as the longing 
  tendency of charismatic relations of domination ("Herrschaftsbeziehungen")to 
  get, in case of transmission on a successor, quotidian and change into 
  stratified ("ständisch") or bureaucratic domination.
