Amen. I tuned out after the first hour, having already been surprised by
the prefiguring of the new ending in the opening moments of the movie. I'll
have to check in with my 12-year-old son, he stayed up to watch it all,
having read the book and written a report on it for school this year.
Before I went to bed he told me he didn't think it was as good as the novel
and I agreed.
