Right, thanks, and Weisemburger identifies the source of
"the shining mother and last love" as Grimm, but what of the
Bride: "they-they were proclaiming you as their bride...."
to whom the regiment sings hymns? Is this kabbalah or Grimm?
I thought it some reference inverted and twisted around
christ and the church and SJD's Revelations, but it doesn't
work out. I thought this because of the knowledge of death
curse (230).
