Yes, the issue is legit.  Shubha Ghosh recruited me to write for it on the 
basis of my M&D review for the New York Law Journal.  He sent me a previous 
issue devoted to a symposium on film and the law, whose titles I would quote 
if I could only find the damn thing.  I was all set to write on Pynchon and 
the Bill of Rights, with a special focus on substantive due process, and 
"penumbras" and "emanations" of the right of privacy, when my computer went 
into a coma at a crucial stage. And so I must apologize to Professor Ghosh, 
who has, by the way,  moved on to Georgia State University.  

Of course if the whole thing IS a hoax I'm glad I didn't write that paper.

And Chris, who has also recently invoked my name, although I liked the LA 
show more than you, I'm willing to like it less in retrospect, especially 
since your commentary was far more entertaining.
