That would be Boundary Monument 0. According to the article I cited, "In 1983 Delaware State Police recoverd this Mason-Dixon marker after vandals toppled it from its base by chaining it to a car bumper. A pavillion with a locked gate was built around it."

Allegedly one can see markers 56, 57 and 59 in their proper places, more or less, near Delaware Route 11 by Hartly. Maryland wildlife officials, presumably with some official immunity from vandalism laws, painted them bright yellow "to keep hunters from straying across the state line."

I've been toying with the idea of making a pilgrimage up to the site to pour a ceremonial cup of Sumatran coffee on the stones. Rather like my annual devotional glass of gin poured over the lava rock in my garden to appease Pele.
