hmmm. like all drugs it does have some side effects...like i used to not be 
dyslexic, now i transpose numbers and letters all the damn time. as for death 
affirming though, i don't know if i'd go that far but there are drawbacks. i 
think pynchon describes it that way in gr is because it is a synthetic 
substance created by a lab that was part of a cartel.
