not so....ever notice the amount of catalogs for new agers? every damn 
roommate I've had, most people I've worked with and others have either been 
on some journey to enlightenment or been on a journey to enlightenment and 
smoked pot/dropped acid. the idea of enlightenment with the help of drugs is 
far from dead.....and i seriously doubt that all those hippies at Kelsey's 
acid test were there to expand their minds. i bet a few were there for a 
quick high and a quicker fuck. would seem that your perceptions of what is 
really going may be tainted by age or bitterness. which is understandable, 
what with the glut of brittney spears products threatening to bury the globe.
