Information Warfare

Reading about a so-called informational infiltration of networks within the 
United States of Russian origin, the downloading of said information, and 
detection by the FBI, as stipulated in a speech by the FBI director, the new 
type of "Information Warfare" was brought to light, as explained in the NY 
Times, that other countries, including the US, France, Iran, Israel, etc. 
are all developing hacking skills to attack enemies computer systems. Don't 
they know all systems are connected in some way.  Talk about a boomerang and 
not with a bang, but a electronic whimper. found this quite interesting.
