Not sure if my previous email went through:  has anyone else seen this 
movie: story about a boy slowly becoming aware of american cultural 
imperialism in the philiipines, a boy who is fascinated with machines, is 
president of a Werner Von Braun fan club, obsessed w/ rockets, made in the 
early 80s.
