This is bad stuff used to make holes in the ozone layer.  I think that it
is now banned for use as a cleaning fluid, but I can't confirm or deny
this.  I do know that if you want to use this stuff in a lab you have to
wear gloves and stay under the hood.  I wouldn't want to be wearing
anything that gets washed in this stuff, that's for sure.
