GRGR(9): Bringing it back On-list (was: Welcome)

Just a fair warning:

If anyone has a PROBLEM w/ anything I post here, they'd better be ready to 
bring it on-list.  I am not on this list for the sake of developing personal 
friends or enemies.  Too much crap occurs on this list because of little 
p-list allegiances and wars.  I want no part of that.

I know this is too much to expect from some on this list.
