Yes. The New York Times reviewed it back in '96. Those who are confused by
the discussion so far should check into it at the web site. The reviewer
clearly distinguishes the ways in which the equivalence notion about Nazi
and Soviet camps makes sense and the ways in which it does not.
The Times has reversed its policy and old book reviews seem to be free
again. No more of that nuisance $3 fee.
