Is it just me, or is that a non-sequitur?  

High priest of Individual Responsibility that 
he is, he's looking for some group to blame for 
the Reagan biography instead of just pinning it 
on the guy who wrote it.  Pay No Attention to 
the Man Behind the Curtain.
