In case anyone is interested...

There are two gratuitous Pynchon references in the April issue of the 
Wire (UK-based music mag).  Pages 31 and 52.

Both compare the works of some musician or another (Coil, Kenneth 
Gaburo) to some theme from Pynchon's work.  Along the lines of a name 
drop, really.
