As I started reading this section I realized I don't really know what became of Bianca -- on p. 492 she is with Slothrop on board the Gnahbs' boat, is the last point I remember seeing her. This morning I reviewed that bit and realized maybe it was Slothrop dreaming -- is that what's going on? Or was she with him and left at some point since then?
