I believe I share your confusion, and wish I would have had this message when I spent yesterday at a coffeeshop furiously bookmarking every reference I could
find in my now detereorating copy of Gravity's Rainbow. Might have to get a new one just for this list (have had my eye on that nifty Penguin with the
blueprint on the cover) ... but I do think the issue is well worth discussion, will do so shortly in response to another posting ...
