well, i recall finding the quote myself in a book in the science museum
library (in lodnon). As i am now in greece its not easy to pop in and check
again...
on the other hand the quote i could never find was the blackett quote in the
first pages of GR 'you cant run a war on a gasp of emotion' (or something
similar. quoting from memory).
