as i used to work in a building which was called 'the blackett lab' i had
looked into this alot, but hadnt managed to find the original quote. Indeed
the quote is in the principle and thinking of blackett so i am not surprised
in reading it but still it would have been nice finding it...
Actually, blackett is somehow a 'role model' in gravitys rainbow, even
though he appears only once. Roger Mexicos thinking is based on blackett
thinking.
