Use of the name The Paranoids

I've read a little about trademarks especially as it pertains to bands, and I
agree with Paul. If you really want to check, the Patent and trademark office
has an on-line database:

I suggest "Los Paranoias"--the title of a song on Beatles "Anthology 3". It
flows better than The Paranoids.

Doubt if the use of ordinary words is actionable--would have been more of a joke
than anything else. But, hey, if you wanted to you could be "The
Schizophrenics." Give the group a postmodern touch. Anyway good luck.
