Thanks to whoever recommended Coetzee's "Dusklands". It is brilliant, and
especially the second novella - "The Narrative of Jacobus Coetzee" - is
indispensable reading for anyone who found "Mondaugen's Chapter" or the Cape
Town episode in "Mason & Dixon", uhm, "thought-provoking".
