No offense intnded, by the way.  I've no doubt you, Habermas and Purdy
are all very serious, indeed, though Habermas and, I'm assuming, you,
take a far more nuanced stance than Young Master Jedediah.  Was simply
curious if you've, if anyone here, has read him, is all.  The anti-irony
backlash has been long underway, of course, but I just can see how it
can be tenable ...
