Pynchon Notes (offer and question)

For anyone who might be interested, I have an unopened copy of Pynchon Notes no. 42-43 (a double issue) that I will be willing to send to the first response I get offlist.  Dated Spring - Fall 1998, titled Approach and Avoid: Essays on Gravity's Rainbow, guest editor Luc Herman.  And my apologies but, no overseas shipment without payment.  My largesse only covers the continental U.S. 

And then a question, I subscribed to PN recently, asking to start with #44, and received two copies of #42-43.  Again, dated 1998.  Is PN on hiatus, was this a glorious mess-up, or what?  Anyone know?
