      austrian actor klaus maria brandauer (- probably know him from "mephisto" 
      after klaus mann where he tried to play gustav gründgens or from - würg!  
      - "out of africa") has made a film on the elser case named "elser - einer 
      aus deutschland" some years ago. i did not see it.
