Ironically *enriches* the Christ myth? How? What do mean by
christ myth? Christianity? 
If Pynchon, or Enzian, takes the christ out of Jesus or the
messiah out of the god/man of christianity, how does
Gottfried figure in this, in terms of undercutting the
christ allegory and the ironic enrichment of the christ
myth?
