I would not include V..  By the mid-60s, V. was published--the fourth, if 
the Pynchon Files is correct, is speculated to be that japanese monster 
movie epic, "The Japanese Insurance Adjustor." That seems to be the only 
standing rumor as to  unpublished work he could be still hoping or working 
on to publish.  I doubt we'll ever see the Meatball Mulligan series of 
stories, of which Entropy is a part.
