Yes, and more, including the "memory" of events before
one's life and also mental projection into the future.
The T.B. bandwidth concept is centered on
simultaneous retention (synthesis) of the greatest
amount across time, which is limited by a few
variables:
1. The lifespan of the creature.
2. The "frame-speed" of the creature's perception.
3. The "memory (synthesis?)" of the creature.

Let's not forget the start of this thread, Moundagen's
Law, which speaks about "solidity of persona" being
the result of greater T.B. In contrast we are told of
Slothrop's thinning, and we know of his ultimate
dissolution. So, when given an example of the
long-span consciousness of a stone, I don't think it's
a stretch to link the two passages.
No absolutist conclusions, though.
Just grist for the mill.
