That's a great idea. 12 steps to recovery. But you are right--it would
be just substituting one addiction for another. One thing I've tried is
to unsubscribe and as a tapering off strategy to only look at the archives
maybe every week. It's too much trouble to do every day and best of all
there's no way to repond.  It worked for a while.
