The Protestant Christian denominations generally the Authorised version which 
was first published in 1611 under the auspices of King James I of England.  
I'm not familiar enough with Luther's German translation.  The Authorised 
version leaves out the following books which are included in the English 
Catholic Douay version:

Tobias
Judith
Baruch
The Book of Wisdom
Ecclesiasticus
1st & 2nd Machabees

The foregoing are also omitted from my English edition of the Jewish 
scriptures.
