She is!  Geli is the Good Witch, better (sexier) than Glenda in Oz.

Pynchon's "mappings" are not direct.  They seem designed to cross our wires. 
  I think Geli T. is meant to invoke Geli R. in the way Pynchon references 
"patterns."  Patterns can be categorized.  They can also be seen 
intuitively.  Mirrors placed along multiple axes...
