Not so fast!  You see, I may be "misreading" rj.  I just can't tell for
sure!!

Let me explain.  When I encounter rj's "doug, you misread me," I simply
can't tell when he is using "misread" in the present tense ("miss REED") or
the past tense ("miss RED").  I can't figure it out!

How would "doug, you misread me" sound?  Would it sound the same every
time?

Does anyone else have this problem?

PS:  This message is not meant as an endorsement of Doug's positions or
rj's positions in their marathon spat, which reminds me of
that Star Trek episode (Shatner version) where the black/white guy and the
white/black guy just can't stop fighting each other.
