On p. 389, part of the description of the Argentine U-boat crew is:
...buffaloed under the epistemologies of these threats that paranoid you so
down and out.... Are you aware that the term "buffaloed" is used in an
agricultural context to describe the turning over and over of a field to
prepare it for planting and to turn under the remnants of the previous crop?
Interesting if TRP is familiar with this used connotation, hm?

CK-I think 15 means his age, not a card game. Intended to show his youth was
misspent?
